Take the time! Medidate! Be at peace, rest and be grateful for everything you have…Think present, don’t lose your energy on the future or the past, enjoy the instant and embrace it or you will miss it. ONE LIFE LIVE IT !!

I agree, it is Not easy, especially with all the stress and problems we have to face every day. It becomes even more important to take some time for us, to think, to elevate ourselves, to be at peace. I do believe that we are all losing ourselves in that race for success and money, our place in the society, nourished by power, jealousy and thirst for success and power. We are missing the purpose of life, what is your mission on earth, what do you need to do, to be, to realize to be yourself? Are you happy? Is your family happy? Are you spending enough time with your kids or friends? Our objectives in life are not anymore align with who we are and what we need to live at peace and happy. Where is my mission, the real one, the one align with the respect of my values, with who I am and not who I want to be??!!

How sad it is to see everyone looking at their phone, walking the dog with a phone, eating/dating with the phone, existing through your number of friends on facebook, how post did you do this week on Instagram, have you seen my last snap chat?? So sad to see all those young kids lost in translation, with square or rectangle eyes, living in a fake face book world, so far from reality and real life.

Take the time! One life live it! don’t waste it looking at your phone or missing the purpose of your life, the respect of your values, be at peace, embrace what is surrounding you, wife, girlfriend, kids, friends, nature,…Learn to re-open your eyes and mind to our world, to your world, be yourself again, love yourself.

Take the time! Once day, whenever you want, just read one of the following quote from my friends Yogis,  think about it, digest it, embrace it, be at peace.

“To create a peaceful world, inhale the love of life and exhale the beauty of life.”

“Thinking goes on in your head. It is not really deep into the roots of your being; it is not your totality.”

“Build your home in small moments of joy, and you will always feel at home.”

“When you listen to yourself, everything comes naturally. It comes from inside, like a kind of will to do something. Try to be sensitive. That is yoga.”

“Remember the emphasis on the heart. The mind lives in doubt and the heart lives in trust. When you trust, suddenly you become centered.”

“Healthy plants and trees yield abundant flowers and fruits. Similarly, from a healthy person, smiles and happiness shine forth like the rays of the sun.”

“Breath is your link to life; the direct connection to your spirit..”

“Be a lamp to yourself. Be your own confidence. Hold on to the truth within yourself as to the only truth.”

“Yoga means addition – addition of energy, strength and beauty to body, mind and soul.”

“Yoga’s greatest gift is the vulnerability that fills your tender heart after a deep practice session and the spiritual strength that gives you the benefit of unflappable faith and devotion.”

“Life is a mystery – mystery of beauty, bliss and divinity. Meditation is the art of unfolding that mystery.”

“Breath is the finest gift of nature. Be grateful for this wonderful gift.”

“Be a lamp to yourself. Be your own confidence. Hold on to the truth within yourself as to the only truth.”

“To enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one’s family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one’s own mind.”

“Thanksgiving is an attitude that must be rooted in the ‘gift of life’ if we ever hope to be thankful for the ‘gifts’ of life.”

“Expose yourself to your deepest fear; after that, fear has no power, and the fear of freedom shrinks and vanishes. You are free.”

“Be thankful for everything that happens in your life; it’s all an experience”

“The practice of yoga brings us face to face with the extraordinary complexity of our own being.”

“Nature holds the key to our aesthetic, intellectual, cognitive and spiritual satisfaction”

“Beauty is the purest feeling of the soul. Beauty arises when soul is satisfied.”

“Our task must be to free ourselves… by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature and it’s beauty.”

“Yoga is the perfect opportunity to be curious about who you are.”

“When you find peace within yourself, you become the kind of person who can live at peace with others.”.

“If your mind is empty, it is always ready for anything; it is open to everything. In the beginner’s mind there are many possibilities, in the expert’s mind there are few.”.

“In all aspects of our lives balance is key. Doing one thing too much can cause upset, like the old saying goes, everything in moderation is the secret!”.

“Be at least as interested in what goes on inside you as what happens outside. If you get the inside right, the outside will fall into place”.

“Mindfulness helps you go home to the present. And every time you go there and recognize a condition of happiness that you have, happiness comes”.

“Undisturbed calmness of mind is attained by cultivating friendliness toward the happy, compassion for the unhappy, delight in the virtuous, and indifference toward the wicked”.

“Yoga is a way to freedom. By its constant practice, we can free ourselves from fear, anguish and loneliness”.

Ancient yogis believed that we only have a limited number of breaths in each life. Hence, it made sense to stretch our life out a bit longer by taking slow and deep breaths. So make every breath count!

Mindfulness helps you go home to the present. And every time you go there and recognize a condition of happiness that you have, happiness comes.

Drop the idea of becoming someone, because you are already a masterpiece. You cannot be improved. You have only to come to it. To know it. To realize it.

Consider becoming the type of energy that no matter where you go, or where you are, you always add value to the space and lives around you.

Don’t practice yoga to get better at yoga, practice yoga to get better at life. Remember to trust yourself, create a self you will be happy to live with for the rest of your life. Make the most of yourself by fanning the tiny, inner sparks of possibility.

Everything you are seeking, is seeking you in return. Therefore, everything you want is already yours. It is simply a matter of being more aware of what you already posses. So remember let’s root for each other and watch each other grow.

“DO NOT RESIST YOUR PAIN.  Surrender to the grief, despair, fear, loneliness, or whatever form the suffering takes. Witness it without labeling mentally. Allow it to be there. Embrace it. Then see how the miracle of surrender transmutes deep suffering into peace.” – Eckhart Tolle

“May I be happy. May I be peaceful. May I be free. May my friends be happy. May my friends be peaceful. May my friends be free. May my enemies be happy. May my enemies be peaceful. May my enemies be free. May all beings be happy. May all beings be peaceful. May all beings be free.” – Buddhist Prayer

“Try not to resist the changes that come your way. Instead let life live through you, and do not worry that your life is turning upside down. How do you know that the side you are used to is better than the one to come?”- Rumi

Look through nature, look at flowers. We never walk into a garden and say “look at all the flowers, wouldn’t they be so much nicer if they were taller or red or pink?” No we don’t. Because nature was created perfect just as it is, and so are we. We are part of nature, we are how we’re meant to be, we are perfect as we are.

“You must learn to get in touch with the innermost essence of your being. This true essence is beyond the ego. It is fearless; it is free; it is immune to criticism; it does not fear any challenge. It is beneath no one, superior to no one, and full of magic, mystery and enchantment.” – Deepak Chopra

Remember you are the Universe, you are made of stars. The Sun is your heart. The Moon is your soul. Let your mind be open and limit your attachments.

“Go and love someone exactly how they are. Then watch as they transform into the greatest, truest version of themselves. When one feels seen and appreciated in their own essence, one is instantly empowered.” – Wes Angelozzi

“I have the impression that many of us are afraid of silence. We’re always taking in something- texts, music, radio, television, or thoughts- to occupy the space. If quiet and space are so important for our happiness, why don’t we make more room for them in our lives?” – Thich Nhat Hahn

“Yoga always shows us where to focus and where we need to go. It guides us to the edge of comfort or sensation and then plays with the edge, coaxing it to go further. It is at the edge of our comfort zone that change is created. Change in the tissue occurs when we are at the edge of our perceived capacity, when we arrive there with breath and then breathe.” – David Keil.

“When you listen to yourself, everything comes naturally. It comes from inside, like a kind of will to do something. Try to be sensitive. That is yoga.”

“Courage is often associated with aggression, but instead should be seen as a willingness to act from the heart.”
“Exercises are like prose, whereas yoga is the poetry of movements.”
