Practice Yoga!? Another Life saver? or better say Empower your life with Yoga…
How Yoga is transforming your life is just amazing. I’m not only talking about the practice of Yoga but all the philosophy behind it.
Focused on my training for my half Ironman I started to practice Yoga to improve performance and help my body to recover faster and be stronger. Incredible results. Few months after I used yoga to heal. Very affected by personal matters and a change in life I found again in Yoga a way to improve myself and be stronger again, mentally this time.
Through this new apprentissage, learning, I have been given the chance to meet amazing people. What really surprised me the most is the peace they bring you, how calm they are and their ability to transfer all the positive energy. They seem to be surrounded by a kind of Aura, like if mother nature made them translator or conductor of her positive energy. Ok, I’m sure you are now wondering what am I smoking or drinking…(well, WhiteHeaven, Marlborough, Sauvignon Blanc, New Zeland, :)). All those prejudices or narrow-minded comments you may heard about Yoga, Yogi, its philosophy or practice are wrong and the results of a lack of knowledge.
My favorite Yogis are young, very young but their maturity in life could be an example for most of us. They breathe Yoga and embrace everyday its philosophy and way of living. You spend 5mn with them and you are relaxed and calm for the rest of the week. I had once a private lesson by the sea, in the park in front of my condo, and I can still remember how this experience brought me peace and a sense of well-being.
Very active, traveling a lot, stress, like most of you, I found my happy life pill, a way to heal, a way to rest, a way to be calm. I do not practice as much as I want, but every time is great, to feel at peace.

China Opland:
After struggling with scoliosis her entire life, China began her journey into yoga that has transformed her ever since. She is a dedicated yogi who aims to unite mind, body, and spirit within her practice and teachings to all yoginis. China studied in India at the world-renowned school, Shiva Yoga Peeth, under Swami Ji Sudhiranand and received her 200RYT training. She is also a certified Vimana Aerial Yoga instructor.
Throughout her travels, China studied at the Light Spirit Institute in Indonesia and became immersed into the ancient practices of vibrational therapy which led to her becoming a sound healing therapist.
China is deeply passionate about yogic philosophy, pranayama, meditation and believes yoga is the ultimate path to liberation. Through yoga she has found complete surrender and will continue sharing all love, light, and knowledge to her universal family.

Rene Martin:
Rene Martin is a 500RYT certified traditional hatha and multi-style vinyasa flow teacher.
His transformation began during his year of travels in India where he attended one of the top yoga schools in the world Shiva Yoga Peeth studying under Swami Ji. Sudhiranand. Along his journey also becoming certified as a vibrational therapist in gong and sound bowl medicine at the light spirit sound institute of bali indonesia.
Yoga and healing have taken shape into his life as a passion and calling. He believes your practice should eliminate dualities between mind, body, and soul. Its not about how deep you go in a pose, its about what you learn on the way down. Love all, serve all, spread love, spread light.
