How lucky we are!! Another great Vegan Gourmet Experience in Miami. Plant Food and Wine restaurant recently opened. The place is really nice, the atmosphere is quiet, perfect place for a date. The all ambiance seems to be “Vegan”, it brings back at a glance your concerns for your health, the environment, and protection of others. you feel at peace and ready to enjoy “a cutting-edge, plant-based cuisine inspired by Florida”.
Modern in its architecture the restaurant is wide opened to the kitchen and the garden. The palms, the pool and the entire garden bring serenity and confidence. We have been lucky to visit the kitchen after our diner and the adjacent world famous Matthew Kenney Culinary, a state of the art culinary school.
Crafting the Future of Food, enjoy this great menu, impressive mix of different seasonal Florida local product, handcrafted,prepared and cook at the restaurant. You will find a very innovated menu and many of Matthew Kenney’s classic food dishes. Surprising, different, Vegan, simple and complex in flavours.
We had the Smashed Avocado, Zucchini Lasagna, Heirloom Grains and finish with an amazing Chocolate plate,while drinking a great Albarino. Great match with all those flavours and tastes. Everything is fresh, locally produce and selected in the best farms of Florida.
