Gourmet, Gourmand? Breakfast is my favorite!! I love to prepare breakfast for the kids, healthy, yummy and before anything else colorful vitamins.
Main ingredients: eggs, avocado, salmon, i’m always playing with the 3 of them. Eggs any style to vary the pleasure and the presentation, poach, scramble, sunny side up.
Side: Fruits, plenty of fruits, play the colors you will enrich the flavors, water melon, strawberry, blue berry, raspberry, black berry, peach, lime
Add on, les petits plus: Feta cheese, Gruyere cheese, turmeric, noix de Muscade, Cayenne pepper, mint, basil, oregano, agave syrup, toasted whole wheat multi grain bread, walnuts
Drink….hot water with lemon juice, ginger, Cayenne pepper and turmeric.
